These customers are often forced to accept excessive lead times. In most cases we can partner with the customer and develop a reliable test procedure that will allow our technicians the ability to fully repair and test these units. This is accomplished through an on-site visit from a TEAMSESCO engineer, customers giving or loaning us old or scrapped equipment and all the documentation that is available.
